How do you ship packages?

We will choose the most suitable and cost efficient method for shipping your order based on your location. Deliveries outside of Nairobi CBD will be delivered by Fargo Courier or G4S while urgent orders in Nairobi will be delivered by a rider.

Do you ship countrywide?

Yes. We provide shipping and delivery to over 40 counties around the country. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those counties we will contact you.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location, contact us for best estimates. If a product you would like to purchase is out of stock contact us with the product description and we will order it for you and deliver it within 14-28 days after payment.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 4 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
