How do you ship packages?
We will choose the most suitable and cost efficient method for shipping your order based on your location. Deliveries outside of Nairobi CBD will be delivered by Fargo Courier or G4S while urgent orders in Nairobi will be delivered by a rider.
Do you ship countrywide?
Yes. We provide shipping and delivery to over 40 counties around the country. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those counties we will contact you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location, contact us for best estimates.
If a product you would like to purchase is out of stock contact us with the product description and we will order it for you and deliver it within 14-28 days after payment.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 4 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of the254deals (i.g. delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 24 hours after the guaranteed period for delivery (see above) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Nice scale! It seems accurate, since it says the same weight over several tries and it’s great that it syncs easily to my Fitbit app! You will get all the data once you download the app, but only get the weight displayed on the actual scale. It will be good to get accurate weights to track my progress. I keep it in the kitchen as a little added incentive when I go to the fridge...lol.
Scales perfectly cope with their task. In the application all the information is immediately reflected, the connection with the iphone on bluetooth is fast. You can create a profile for each family member. Compared with inbody, there are small discrepancies, but for domestic use very well and informative.
purchased this scale to pair with my iPhone 7 to keep track of weight and other fitness data. The product arrived and I immediately recognized the quality of the packaging. Packaging was robust and protected the glass face of the scale. The scale itself has a glass face and stainless steel electrode pads. It will complement the décor of any bathroom. I followed the instructions to install the 2 AAA batteries that were included with the scale. Installation was easy. I downloaded the app from the iPhone App Store that was recommended by the manufacturer. Pairing the scale with my iPhone 7 was easy and happened quickly. I stepped on the scale with bare feet as the instructions stated. In about 5 seconds, my iPhone beeped and I had all the weight and fitness data that I could ever want. The app measures, tracks and charts weight, BMI, Body Fat, Water Content, Skeletal Muscle, Basal Metabolic Rate, Body Age, Bone Mass, Muscle Mass and Protein. Data is also recorded within the iPhone Health app, which is nice. Overall I find this scale to be great. It is a quality item at a price that is very reasonable for the Bluetooth Scale. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is serious about tracking fitness data.

This will tell you more then you ever wanted to know about your fat body. A great value for all the data it provides. The app is easy to use. You can also set up multiple users. I underwent a comprehensive body scan at my doctors and the numbers synced up. I have recommended this scale to many people. The scale will only tell you pounds but it will connect to the app if your phone is near to give you the other data.
