How do you ship packages?
We will choose the most suitable and cost efficient method for shipping your order based on your location. Deliveries outside of Nairobi CBD will be delivered by Fargo Courier or G4S while urgent orders in Nairobi will be delivered by a rider.
Do you ship countrywide?
Yes. We provide shipping and delivery to over 40 counties around the country. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those counties we will contact you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location, contact us for best estimates.
If a product you would like to purchase is out of stock contact us with the product description and we will order it for you and deliver it within 14-28 days after payment.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 4 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of the254deals (i.g. delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 24 hours after the guaranteed period for delivery (see above) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Very nice headphones especially for the price
Works, the sound is a bom. Connected to the smartphone on android, laptop
hooked up with Bluetooth, it's charging. good quality. Sound quality is good. The only bad side of the volume switch is trying to adjust the volume while the music is spinning very well. I haven't tried sd card part yet.

These headphones are AMAZING!!!!! BUY THEM!! I have already purchased 3!! One for myself, husband, and son! The bass is outstanding and totally worth the price. The battery life from what my husband says is very long! Headphones came bubble wrapped on the inside of a box which was also bubble wrapped. Fantastic!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! !

I bought these because I wanted to tryout the workout headphones trend without the huge financial investment. For the price they work well. The pair I received came with a couple small black scuff marks that I was unable to remove which was a bummer. Fit wise they are comfortable-ish. They stay on well and fit snug on my ears, but by the end of a two hour workout my ears start to hurt. Bluetooth range is good. Once they’re connected I can move around my gym without needing to be super close to my phone. I like the design overall but absolutely HATE the flashing light. Because the white is slightly transparent, it lights up the entire ear piece on that side. It’s a little embarrassing how excessive the light is.

Sound is surprisingly good. Haven’t tested the range of the Bluetooth yet. Can get VERY loud. I like that. Only thing is eat muff part has a semi strong smell. Like new car. I'm Sure it’ll go away though.
