Kinesiology tape provides relief from injuries, promotes healing, without immobilizing joints or constricting blood flow.
Stretch eliminates skin irritation and full range of motion and can be used for compression to help recovery or for decompression to alleviate pain and swelling.
Improve the body’s natural healing process by helping to increase blood flow around the muscle.
Relax tired muscles and support movement of muscles
Non-restrictive, allowing a full range of motion
Using 100% medical glue, no worry about allergy
Waterproof and breathable, lasts upto 4 days even with bathing and sweating.
Women use it to relieve cellulite and sore backs during pregnancy
Some of our female customers use the KT tape as nipple cover and for breast lift when wearing backless outfits or evening wear.

KT can be applied in the shape of a ‘Y’, ‘I’, ‘X’, ‘Fan’, ‘Web’ or ‘Donut’. The shape selection depends on the the size of the affected muscle and the result you are trying to achieve.
Y – Surround the target muscle, inhibit or facilitate muscle stimuli and should be 2 inches longer than the target muscle.
I – Acute injuries in place of ‘Y’ tape, Oedema and pain (primary purpose) and alignment correction
X – The origin and insertion of the target muscle change depending on movement e.g. the Rhomboids
Fan (fingers) – Oedema (web is different because the ends remain intact)
Donut – Oedema (use overlapping strips and the center is cut out over the area of focus)
- The target muscle should be elongated prior to stretch. The tape requires none to partial stretch to be applied. The most recommended stretch is 70%.
