We are proud to offer shipping and delivery services currently to over 40 counties. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the country.
How do you ship packages?
We will choose the most suitable and cost efficient method for shipping your order based on your location. Deliveries outside of Nairobi CBD will be delivered by Fargo Courier or G4S while urgent orders in Nairobi will be delivered by a rider.
Do you ship countrywide?
Yes. We provide shipping and delivery to over 40 counties around the country. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those counties we will contact you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location, contact us for best estimates.
If a product you would like to purchase is out of stock contact us with the product description and we will order it for you and deliver it within 14-28 days after payment.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 4 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of the254deals (i.g. delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 24 hours after the guaranteed period for delivery (see above) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I especially like the length and the strap width. It makes for a good leg wrap for essential exercises like squats and leg presses Look forward to a more steady squats and improve on my 600kg leg press
They are thick and seem tight but I'm sure they will stretch out and loosen up over time. The length is perfect for me
Being in training for all my marathon runs this has helped me add extra endurance to my runs. The added weight helps me slow myself down and keep a good pace I highly recommend using these especially during training.

I use it for Olympic weightlifting at least 4x a week. I need the knee support and this has been very helpful . I like that it has the flexibility to make it really tight when needed . I also like the Velcro ... just makes things easier .
